Shipping & Return Policy
This map shows average scheduled delivery time for UPS Ground shipping from
Pittsburgh. All delivery times on this chart are in terms of business days (This is normal working hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time). Deliveries to residential addresses arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on shipping distance. Delivery to some remote addresses may take up to 2 additional business days. Due to heavy volume during the holidays, add a day to the delivery time noted above. UPS Ground is only available within the 48 continental states.
For example, we estimate that
shipments from A Basket of Pittsburgh to Iowa will take
approximately three business days. However, we cannot
guarantee that your order will arrive on the scheduled
delivery date as depicted on this map. These delivery
times are only estimates provided by United Parcel Service
and may vary due to volume, especially during holiday
seasons.
Delivery
Gifts will be shipped within 24-hours from the time the order is
received at A Basket of Pittsburgh. Orders placed on Saturday and
Sunday will ship on Monday. Orders placed after 2:00pm will ship
the following business day.
Regular
shipping is via UPS Ground. UPS delivery
requires a complete street address. UPS charges $10 for incomplete, or incorrect delivery information. To avoid additional charges, please be sure to provide accurate delivery information. If you are not certain about an address, one of the following website might be useful: www.usps.com and www.superpages.com. PO Box addresses, APO’s and FPO’s will be shipped Priority Mail, please call for shipping
cost.
Sorry, we cannot guarantee
orders for which we are given an incorrect address. Check
the shipping map at the right for estimated delivery
times.

Mail, and for deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska and international

Sales Tax
PA residents include 7% tax for orders to be delivered in PA. Purchasers outside PA include 7% tax for orders to be delivered in PA.
Out-Of-Stocks
If we should be out of stock on a catalog item, we will briefly hold your order, or we will telephone you for instructions. We reserve the right to make comparable substitutions within our gift samplers when necessary.
Shipments Are Insured
Please call our Mail Order Department at 1-800-608-4400 if
there is any problem with your order. In case of a damaged shipment, be
sure to save everything, including the shipping carton. Shipments are
automatically insured for full purchase value, except for weather-related
damages that are the responsibility of the purchaser.
