Summer Shipping Policy

All orders placed by 1pm EST will be processed for shipping the
same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed on the
next business day.

• If a destination is a distance where the package will sit in a
  UPS facility over the weekend, we may hold the package
  until the following Monday to ensure product quality.

If you would like your gift to ship immediately-

• Any packages with travel time over 2 days will require
  expediated shipping. To ensure your package arrives in the
  best condition, please choose either Next Day Air or 2 nd Day
  Air. 3 Day Select is not always guaranteed to arrive the same
  week if your order is placed after Tuesday.
• We will be significantly discounting expediated shipping
  during the summer months. Secure Summer Shipping
  package will be included with all expediated orders. (see
  details below)

If you would like to forgo expediated shipping-

• We suggest that you protect your package by selecting our
  Secure Summer Shipping add-on. By choosing this option,
  we will package your gift with ice packs and insulation to
  protect any vulnerable products.

***If you choose to waive both expedited shipping and the Secure
Summer Shipping add-on, Basket of Pittsburgh is not liable for any
damaged products and will be unable to replace any products that
may have been affected by transit time and weather.
