We are committed to processing and handing off all orders to UPS promptly from our warehouse, but delivery times are ultimately controlled by the carrier and may be impacted by high holiday volume and weather conditions.
- **Orders shipping EAST of the Mississippi River (including East Coast and Southern states):**
Ground shipping should arrive in time if placed by **Friday, December 20**.
Orders placed after December 20 will require **2nd Day Air** or **Next Day Air** for pre-Christmas delivery.
- **Orders shipping WEST of the Mississippi River:**
As of **Tuesday, December 17**, ground shipping (typically 4–5 days) is no longer reliable for Christmas arrival due to transit times, volume, and potential weather delays.
To ensure timely delivery, please select **3-Day Express**, **2nd Day Air**, or **Next Day Air**.
**Important Disclaimer:**
We guarantee that your order will leave our warehouse as promised. However, final delivery dates are determined by UPS and are subject to delays beyond our control. Only **Next Day Air** shipments include a carrier delivery guarantee during peak season. We strongly recommend selecting an expedited option if Christmas arrival is critical.
