Yes! During checkout, simply select your preferred delivery date, and we will coordinate delivery and shipping accordingly. 

You can place orders up to 8 months in advance, making it easy to plan ahead for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries and specific events. You will receive a shipping or delivery confirmation when your gift is on its way.

Yes, we hand-deliver gifts throughout the Pittsburgh area Monday through Friday. Many local orders can be delivered as soon as the same day or the next business day.

Need a weekend delivery? Contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For gifts being shipped outside our local delivery area, we primarily use UPS.

Occasionally, weather, supplier availability or seasonal demand may affect inventory. If a substitution is necessary, we will replace the item with a product of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall quality and appearance of the gift. See our Substitution Policy for more details.

Pick-Up: You are more than welcome to stop by our office to pick up your gift during normal business hours. Please call to make arrangements. If those hours are not convenient, we will make special arrangements to accommodate. If you need it the same day, we will try to accommodate. Our office/warehouse is located in the Robinson Township area. The address is 210 Bilmar Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205 and is just off the Crafton exit on Route 79. We share a building with Wojanis Supply and you will find us at the side entrance which faces Don’s Appliances. 

Local delivery – It is always nice to receive a gift from a smiling face! Orders placed today can be hand delivered as early as today or tomorrow. Local Delivery is available Monday through Friday. If you would like a weekend delivery, please call the office to make special arrangements.

Hospital Deliveries – Allegheny General, Canonsburg Hospital, Sewickley Hospital, Mercy Hospital, Montefiore Hospital. Ohio Valley Hospital, Passavant Hospital, Presbyterian Hospital, Shady Side Hospital, St Clair Hospital, St Margaret Hospital, UPMC Children’s Hospital, West Penn Hospital.

University Deliveries – University of Pittsburgh, Duquesne University, Chatham University, Carlow University, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), Point Park University, Robert Morris University (RMU).

Weekend Delivery – Please call our office at 412-221-4406 to make arrangements if you would like a weekend delivery; otherwise, local delivery is Monday-Friday.

Pennsylvania sales tax applies to all gifts delivered within the state of Pennsylvania. Orders shipped outside Pennsylvania are generally not subject to Pennsylvania sales tax.
