Baskets are made fresh daily and shipped via UPS Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed by the next business day.

For local deliveries, orders must be placed by 10:00 AM for same-day delivery by our driver. If you need same-day shipping after 1:00 PM, please call our office. We may still be able to accommodate your request.

To ensure product quality, we may hold packages that would otherwise remain in a UPS facility over the weekend until the following Monday. During the month of December, please allow additional transit time, as carriers may experience delays due to increased holiday shipping volumes.

If you would like your gift to ship immediately:

• Any packages with travel time over 2 days will require expedited shipping. To ensure your package arrives in the best condition, please choose either Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. 3 Day Select is not always guaranteed to arrive the same week if your order is placed after Tuesday.

• During the warmer months, we highly suggest that you protect your package by selecting our Secure Summer Shipping add-on; see additional details below. You can also add an expedited shipping option if the gift is traveling across the country to ensure the quality of the gift.
